Elevations Transitional Living Services, Inc. (ETLS) was established to support adult men transitioning back into the community following incarceration, with a primary focus on individuals throughout Delaware. Our goal is to provide the guidance, resources, and practical support needed to help each individual achieve stability, independence, and his fullest potential as a productive member of the community. ETLS assists with a range of reentry and stabilization needs, including housing, transportation, employment assistance, mentoring, coaching, recovery support, and connections to community-based resources, while working with each participant to address barriers, strengthen self-sufficiency, and prepare for a successful transition to independent living.
